Costa Rent a Car recognizes and appreciates the importance of responsible use of personal data collected on this website. We are careful with personal information, taking steps to keep it secure and ensure it is used only for our legitimate business purposes.

After a reservation is confirmed, Costa Rent a Car will send you an email with the voucher within 24h. Your e-mail is used only for sending the voucher, and your phone number only for reservation-related questions.

By using this booking system, you agree:

• Not to make any speculative or false reservations
• Not to use the system to research rental pricing
• Not to use the name Costa Rent a Car for commercial purposes without prior written permission

Every reservation must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the arrival time. If a reservation is created less than 48 hours before pickup, any prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• All children, regardless of age, are counted as passengers and must have an individual seat
• The number of passengers cannot exceed the vehicle's seating capacity
• Customer must provide a correct mobile phone number and be reachable at time of arrival
• Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. The driver may stop and ask the customer to leave in case of violation

For airport pick-up, Costa Rent a Car must receive the correct flight number and arrival time. If not available at reservation time, please inform us at least 2 days before departure via email or phone.

The agent will wait at the pickup location holding a sign with the customer's last name.

We collect only essential information necessary for fulfilling our obligations. All user information is strictly guarded and available only to employees who require it. All employees and business partners are responsible for following confidentiality principles.

All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the drop-off date. Costa Rent a Car cannot process complaints made outside of this period.

The following are included in all rental prices at no extra cost:

• Customer support
• Border crossing permission
• Additional driver
• Child seat

• Portable WiFi — available on request
• Full insurance — available on request
• Additional border crossing — available on request

The minimum age to hire a car with Costa Rent a Car is 21 years.

The following documents are required at vehicle pickup:

• Valid driver's licence
• Passport or national ID

CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP (Theft Protection) are included in the rental price. In the event of damage determined by police, the maximum customer contribution is EUR 500.

The customer will be liable for the full cost of damage if caused by negligent driving or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) is available as an optional upgrade. With this insurance, liability for damage and theft is reduced to zero — provided the damage has been reported to the police.

This insurance does not cover:

• Interior damage
• Tyre and wheel damage
• Glass damage
• Underbody damage
• Lost or broken keys
• Damage caused by wrong fuel
• Damage caused knowingly or negligently

Zero tolerance on drugs and alcohol.

In case of damage or theft, the customer must immediately inform Costa Rent a Car and the Police. The customer is obliged to remain at the scene until police arrival, unless temporarily leaving to assist third parties or seek medical help.

Travelling outside Montenegro is permitted only with written permission agreed with Costa Rent a Car at the time of vehicle pickup.

No deposit required.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. An additional refuelling charge will apply if the car is returned with less than a full tank.

An extremely dirty vehicle interior at drop-off will incur a cleaning charge of 50 EUR.

All parking and traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Loss of vehicle keys or documentation will be charged at 500 EUR.
